Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Loftspace Ltd (RC8287256) collects, why, and the choices you have. We process data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Who this covers

Business customers who set up Loftspace ("operators"), and the guests who order, book or send requests through an operator's Loftspace link ("guests").

What we collect

  • Operators: name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, currency, menu or service details.
  • Guests: what they order or request, table or room reference, and contact details they choose to give.
  • Payments are handled by Paystack. We receive a confirmation and reference, never full card details.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

  • To run the service: deliver orders and requests to the right business and confirm payments.
  • To verify accounts and stop abuse, including blocking disposable email addresses.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

The operator you're ordering from, our payment processor (Paystack), and service providers that host our systems — each only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Operator data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@loftspace.co. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes and tell operators by email about significant changes.
