How we protect your business, your guests and your money.

Payments

Card and transfer payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS certified provider. Card details never touch our servers. An order is only marked paid after Paystack confirms it directly to us.

Your data

All traffic to Loftspace is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Each business can only see its own orders, requests and guests.
Accounts are confirmed by email, and disposable addresses are blocked.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you've found a security issue, email info@loftspace.co with "Security" in the subject. Please don't share it publicly until we've fixed it. We'll reply within a few working days.
