Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Loftspace Ltd (RC8287256) for your use of Loftspace.

Your account
You must give accurate business details and confirm a real email address. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure.
Your menu and services
You are responsible for what you list, including prices, descriptions, and allergen and dietary information. Loftspace may suggest tags, but you confirm them.
Payments
Guest payments are processed by Paystack under Paystack's own terms and settled to your account. Loftspace does not hold your funds. Refunds and disputes with guests are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- No illegal goods or services, and no misleading listings.
- No attempts to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Fees
Setting up is free. If paid features are introduced, we'll show the price before you're charged and you can choose not to use them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Loftspace running at all times but can't guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Your data is then handled as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
